Refinishing Stage One

Here is refinished dresser number one. iPod white lacquered finish, with dyed and lacquered drawers. This is in the studio, picture in an interior setting coming soon.

Two dressers

Here is the first dresser. This one is really outstanding. Nice streamlined look, and the grain is match cut on the left drawers. Nice detail.

It has six dressers, three on each side.

Take a look at this grain, very cool.

I'm not sure how well the top and sides will take the stain. If they took it perfectly, you could keep this entire piece wood and it would look beautiful. However, there are some minor water rings on the top, so the best option could be to go with a glossy white finish. Would probably give it the most finished look.

Here is the second dresser. It has four drawers. The pulls are similar to the first drawer, long and tapered. They were taken off so we could refinish the fronts of the drawers.

One really nice thing about both of these pieces is the scale. They're not over-sized, so they're perfect for apartment or condo in the city.
